Headshots & Branding
Where can I get professional headshots in Panama City?
HD Elements Photography creates headshots and personal branding portraits for business owners, authors, and women in health and wellness. Sessions take place at the St. Andrews studio, on location across the 850, or anywhere travel calls, domestic or international.
Do you take walk-in headshots in Panama City?
Yes, one day each week. Every Wednesday, the St. Andrews studio welcomes walk-in headshots for $75. No appointment is needed that day; all other sessions are booked in advance.
Can I use my photos on my website and social media?
Yes. Personal and promotional use on your own website and social channels is included. Advertising, packaging, or placement by another business requires a separate commercial license.
Maternity & Newborn
When should I book my maternity photos?
Book during your second trimester; sessions are ideal between 28 and 34 weeks.
Do you do newborn photos at my house?
Yes. Newborn sessions are scheduled within the first month: hospital sessions in the first 48 hours, in-home sessions from 48 hours to one month, ideally within 21 days of birth. Each visit is paced around feeding and sleep, and includes up to three wrap and outfit changes. Standard coverage lasts two hours; extending costs $350 per additional hour.

Can you help me plan an elopement in Florida?
Yes. Elopement photography is offered on its own or bundled with full planning and coordination.
The Experience
How much does a photoshoot cost at HD Elements?
Starting prices for every session are published on the Session Pricing page, where you can build an estimate in real time. From there, a complimentary 15-minute consultation is the next step to talk through your vision and confirm your date.
How long does it take to get my pictures back?
Portrait sessions are followed by a private Viewing Session at the studio about three to four weeks later, where you'll select favorites and order products. Clients outside Panama City can join virtually by video call. Branding sessions keep same-day selections, made immediately following the shoot. Prints, albums, and wall art arrive about two to three weeks after viewing, hand-delivered; digital images follow by email within two to five weeks, linked to a private Mpix gallery.
Do I get digital files or prints?
You can have both. Digital images are delivered by email through a private Mpix gallery link; fine art prints, albums, and wall art are hand-delivered to the studio or your home. Custom sizes can be ordered on request.
Is hair and makeup included?
Hair, makeup, or both can be added to any portrait session, coordinated by Chantille and reflected in one total.
I'm visiting Panama City Beach. Can I book a session while I'm in town?
Yes. Clients traveling to Panama City Beach, Destin, or 30A can book a private studio session during their stay.
